These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y333 ("y333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the y333 website at y333.biz and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered thereon.

By registering an account on y333, completing the y333 login process, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the y333 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the y333 platform in any capacity.

These Terms are supplemented by y333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and y333. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by y333.

Access to the y333 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. y333 does not permit access to any person below the age of 21, regardless of local laws that may set a different minimum age threshold.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, entity, or organisation.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction previously imposed by y333 or any related gaming platform.
• Your use of the y333 platform does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not legally prohibited from participating in online gaming or sports betting activities.

y333 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account where, in y333's sole determination, there are reasonable grounds to doubt that a player meets the eligibility requirements set out in this section.

To access the full range of services available on the y333 platform, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred PKR payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active y333 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment accounts — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y333 login credentials, including your username and password. y333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify y333 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Do not share your y333 login password with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your y333 account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact y333 support immediately via [email protected] if you suspect account compromise.

y333 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any stage, including at the point of registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate by y333's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification to y333's satisfaction may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

y333 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of submitting a withdrawal request.

All funds deposited into your y333 account must originate from a payment account or bank account that is registered in your own name. y333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawal payments will be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible.

y333 does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which y333 accepts no responsibility. y333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal where this is considered necessary for compliance purposes.

Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed once credited to your y333 account balance. Players who believe a deposit has been made in error must contact y333 support promptly. y333 will investigate in good faith but cannot guarantee reversal of funds that have already been used to place bets or wagers.

All bets and wagers placed on the y333 platform — including sports betting markets (cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and other sports), live casino games, and slot titles — are subject to the specific game and market rules published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. These product-level rules form part of the overall agreement between you and y333 and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the y333 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. y333 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed as a result of a manifest pricing or technical error on the y333 platform.
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not take place within the defined settlement timeframe.
• There is reasonable evidence that the result of the event was subject to manipulation or match-fixing.
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms, including by an ineligible player or via a prohibited account.

y333 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or market availability for any player at any time, including where y333 identifies patterns of play that y333 considers to constitute professional or syndicate betting activity. Winnings from voided bets will not be paid, and the original stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

y333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive-based offers to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available. General principles applicable to all y333 promotions are set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, minimum odds, and a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds and free bet credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotional terms. Unused bonus credit that expires will be removed from your account automatically.
• y333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

y333 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. As part of this commitment, y333 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to every registered player through the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session reminders: Set a time limit after which y333 will display a notification reminding you of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the y333 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y333 platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions listed in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using the y333 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind to interact with the y333 platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the y333 platform or any associated PKR payment method.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live casino game or poker variant.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing y333 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's y333 account or to y333's internal systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC verification process.

y333 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence authorities in Pakistan and internationally. Any activity on the y333 platform that is suspected to involve criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the player concerned.

All content on the y333 platform — including but not limited to the y333 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, betting markets, odds formats, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of y333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y333 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any y333 content without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on y333's platform design, brand identity, or proprietary software.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any y333 software or application.
• Framing or embedding any portion of the y333 platform within a third-party website or application without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of y333's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y333's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y333 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profit, loss of winnings, or loss of anticipated earnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or bet voidance.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the y333 platform or any associated application.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from a breach.
• Losses caused by circumstances outside y333's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

The y333 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y333 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You access and use the y333 platform at your own risk.

y333 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the platform. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details, CNIC or passport information, device identifiers, and transactional records associated with your PKR payment methods.

All personal data collected by y333 is handled in accordance with y333's Privacy Policy, which is available in full at y333.biz/privacy-policy. By registering an account on y333 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

y333 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. However, y333 may share your data with payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), identity verification service providers, fraud detection systems, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.

You may close your y333 account at any time by contacting y333 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered PKR payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

y333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by y333.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access to the platform in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by y333 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, y333 reserves the right to retain the account balance in its entirety. y333 will communicate the reasons for account closure in writing where permitted to do so by applicable legal and compliance obligations.

y333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights or obligations in a meaningful way — y333 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the y333 platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the y333 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the y333 platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which y333 is licensed and incorporated.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with y333's support team, and where y333 is licensed by an international gaming regulatory authority that provides a player dispute resolution mechanism, you may refer unresolved complaints to that authority in accordance with the procedures it publishes.
